This Limited Warranty outlines the terms under which Trees and Sun Outdoor (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) offers warranty support for products purchased directly from us. By submitting a claim, the customer (“you” or “Customer”) agrees to comply with the terms and process detailed below.

Warranty Coverage

1. This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and workmanship for eligible outdoor and camping products purchased directly from Trees and Sun Outdoor.

2. It does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
• Accidents or exposure to harsh elements (e.g., rain, fire, chemicals)
• Wear and tear, discoloration, rust, or cosmetic damage after use
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or third-party modifications
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers or online marketplaces

3. We retain the exclusive right to evaluate and determine whether a product issue is eligible under warranty. All decisions are final.

Warranty Duration

1. The standard warranty period is 3 months from the original date of purchase. Certain products or brands may carry a different coverage period, which will be verified during claim review.

2. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

3. Claims made after the warranty period will not be processed.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

1. All warranty requests must be submitted by email to treesandsunoutdoor@gmail.com with the following:

• A clear copy or photo of your purchase receipt
• Photos or video evidence of the issue
• A written description of the defect, and when/how it occurred
  

2. We may request additional information. If requested details are not received within 7 business days, the claim may be closed.

3. All claims will be reviewed within 14 business days of submission. There is no same-day or instant warranty decision.

Product Returns & Shipping

1. Customers must ship the product back to us for inspection if required.

2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless explicitly waived by us.

3. Trees and Sun Outdoor is not liable for any product lost or damaged during return shipping.

Claim Rejection & Abuse Policy

1. We reserve the right to reject any claim due to:

• Lack of documentation or expired warranty
• Evidence of tampering or misuse
• Submissions involving fraudulent receipts or false information
• Repeated abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication

2. Customers who abuse the warranty process (e.g., multiple denied claims, falsified information, or harassment) may be blacklisted from future claims.

 Legal & Final Terms

1. This warranty operates in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Where local law provides additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
