Payment

If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no item will be shipped.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for  the payment.

Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

Users shall agree that Trees and Sun Outdoor may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or  Trees and Sun Outdoor. Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However,Trees and Sun Outdoor may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
